Mr. Sambade founded Appian Real Estate, LLC in January 2006. The company is focused on value-add real estate investing, redevelopment, and development primarily in the northeastern United States. Appian also engages in third party assignments which involve redevelopment and development projects as well as work with real estate company founders to build senior management teams and set up policies and procedures necessary for growth.

Mr. Sambade received his undergraduate degree in liberal arts from the University of Massachusetts in 1990.
